ARDEX WPM 104 is a specially formulated two component polymer cementitious product for waterproofi ng application. ARDEX WPM 104 is a semi-fl exible coating which provides an effective barrier to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases. It also provides protection against the corrosion of reinforcing steel and the bridging of fi ne hairline cracks.

APLLICATION RANGE

Waterproof coating for tanks, gutters, planter boxes, roofs, toilets, swimming pools and basements

To resurface and even out variations in concrete surfaces

Seal and coat tie bar holes to ensure water tightness

Protects concrete surfaces from carbonation and chloride attack

Offers protection against corrosion of reinforcing steel

Packing: Component A-26kg / bag (powder) and component B- 10kg / barrel (Liquid)

Shelf life: 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry area

Usage: 0.7-1kg / m2 / layer. Scanning layer thickness when dry is about 0.8mm-1mm / layer.

Surface preparation: The construction surface must be clean, dry, solid and free of debris, oil, or dirt.

MIXING

ARDEX WPM 104 is supplied in pre-measured units. Pour the liquid component into a clean pail. Slowly add the powder component into the liquid component and mix using a slow speed drill mixer until the mixture is homogeneous and free of lumps. Do not mix more material than can be utilized in one hour. DO NOT RE-TAMPER WITH WATER.

COVERAGE

ARDEX WPM 104 covers approx. 1kg per m2 per coat. One kit of 36kg covers approx. 30m2.

Dry fi lm thickness should be approx. 0.8mm - 1mm per coat.
