ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The organizational structure in the company is arranged according to the strategic model set out by the Board of Directors with the motto:
SIMPLE - PROFESSIONAL - EFFICIENCY: Emphasis on specialization and close coordination between functional departments and support departments. RIGHT TARGET - RIGHT PERSON - RIGHT: Functional division is tightly managed and operated according to a reasonably interactive two-way information model, allowing top-level orders to be followed the shortest path, most obvious to all employees.
